| Welcome to NERCRA! We are an association of racers, clubs, hobby shops, and race tracks, all coming together to grow our sport of racing radio control vehicles. Our goal is help promote Radio Controlled Car and Truck Racing in general, with a heavy focus on Short Course Truck Racing. As not all the tracks here are set up for, or capable of running 1/10th scale Short Course Trucks, they are supporting those that do, and everyone is supporting the classes that they run. Here you can find out what they race at their tracks, along with links, directions, and what to expect when you get there. We, as an association, have standardized rules for Short Course Racing and other classes at most of the tracks, so you will know what is, and is not allowed. Again our focus is trying to keep racing as inexpensive as possible, with limitations on hop-ups... not because we don't like them, but simply because what will keep this growing is concentrating on the racing, and fun, and not on who has the most expensive equipment. We have all watched Short Course racing grow, and telling someone new that they can be competitive with a truck right out of the box has been the key to it's success. If we continue to keep it focused on this principal, racing will grow, and we will all have a lot more fun... and also have lots of new racers to race against!
